CONFUSIONAL QUARTET

A few months after the release of the first and self-titled LP, this 10-inch album carrying the same title “Confusional Quartet” was released. On this album the band continues to offer songs (called songs even if Confusional Quartet did not have a singer) using the energy of post punk and the mood of new wave. This new project also includes the piece “Sigla” produced and edited in 6 different ways.”Sigla” is an example of what Confusional Quartet used to call “Banal Music” inspired by the designer Mendini’s “banal object”. This track was recorded and edited by tape recorders to come out in different “metamusical” forms.
